Privacy

This page describes how this marketing website handles information. SkipAuth is a product of Parallel Labs LLC. The product itself is deployed inside your own environment and is governed by your commercial agreement, not by this notice.

What this site collects

This site is static. It has no analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts on it, and it sets no cookies. If you contact us through this site, we receive the information you choose to send us, for example your name, your email address and your message, so that we can reply. We do not sell your information.

Our web server keeps ordinary request logs: the page requested, the time, your network address and the identifying string your browser sends about itself.

The contact form on this site does not post anywhere. It composes a message and hands it to your own mail program, so you can see exactly what is being sent before you send it, and nothing reaches us until you do.

Fonts

Two typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. If that matters to you, a browser configured to block those requests will render this site in its fallback typefaces and nothing else changes.

The product

SkipAuth runs inside your infrastructure. Identities, profiles, roles and audit records live in your own PostgreSQL, with one schema per tenant, so data residency is a property of where you chose to run it rather than of a region setting in somebody else's console. Client secrets and passwords are stored hashed, never in a recoverable form. Where SkipAuth federates to an upstream identity provider, the credential is presented to that provider and never to us.

We do not operate a hosted service that holds your users, and we receive no telemetry from your deployment.
